Grant Applications

As of November 2011, 40.7% of all active sponsored awards in the PSD were funded by NSF, followed by NASA (14.4%), various foundations/groups (14.2%), and the Department of Energy (12.6%). All other sources made up 18.1% of all active awards.
Note: percentages are based on grant ID numbers.

This section will outline the major aspects of the grant application process. Since each agency and each solicitation may have its own peculiarities, not everything will be covered here. It is always neccesary to thoroughly review the soliticiation notice or funding opportunity annoucement for the most up-to-date application rules and procedures.
