About Gloria
I have worked in research administration for twenty years, starting my career here at the University of Chicago in the Office of Research Services in the BSD. This office was later merged into URA. I have left the University twice through the twenty years, once for seven years at the University of South Florida and for a year at the University of Washington. Here at the University of Chicago I have held research administrator positions in URA and the departments. I started by career as a pre award administrator and over the years took on post award positions. I have worked in the SSD in the Department of Economics as a Grant and Contract manager, then in URA managing the Joint appointment process for CASE and prefoming post award activities for Globus. Currently here in the PSD I preform both pre and post award functions for grants and contracts.
